Die Ticket-Übergabe + Audio hat perfekt geklappt. Nur war für uns die Zeit zu knapp. Bei Headout sollte bei den letzten Einlasszeiten ein Hinweis sein, dass um 17 Uhr der Palazzo geschlossen wird und bereits um 16:30 Uhr die Besucher nach außen gebeten werden!

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery through this service. Everything was extremely well organized, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. When I arrived early at the meeting point for the Accademia Gallery, a staff member kindly approached me and personally guided me to the entrance. I truly appreciated this thoughtful support, especially in a busy city like Florence. It made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The meeting point for the Uffizi Gallery was also very easy to find, with clear instructions provided in advance. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Additionally, I was very happy to be able to purchase a combined ticket for both the Uffizi and the Accademia at a reasonable price. It made the experience not only convenient but also excellent value for money. Thanks to the efficient organization and warm hospitality, my visit to both museums became one of the highlights of my trip. I would highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Florence!

Nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu rentrer dans la tour Arnolfo dès notre arrivée en avance par rapport à l'heure indiquée sur le billet. Montée des marches facilitée par des arrêts/plateformes intermédiaires avec de belles vues sur Florence qui récompensent l'effort fourni.
