The guide was great and the skip-the-line tickets are definitely worth it. But the tickets did not include everything that is mentioned - we had no access to the crypt nor to the Baptistery.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the cathedral.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to stair climbs and uneven surfaces.

The bell tower and dome climbs are not suitable for guests with mobility impairments, heart conditions, or those who are pregnant.

Adhere to the dress code before entering the cathedral. Shoulders and knees must be covered.
