Belvedere Palace is definitely worth taking the time to visit! I’m not really a museum person, but I genuinely enjoyed exploring every room. The stunning architecture and impressive art collections were incredible, and you’ll get to see so many breathtaking paintings. One of the highlights was seeing The Kiss by Gustav Klimt in person! It’s even more beautiful up close, with its intricate details and gorgeous gold colors. It was such a special experience to finally see this world-famous masterpiece. I was a little disappointed that we didn’t purchase the audio guide to learn more about the paintings and their stories, but we still made sure to enjoy the experience and make the most of our visit! The gardens are also beautiful, clean, and peaceful, almost like they can calm your soul just by looking at them. Everything about this place feels special, and it’s definitely a must-visit if you’re traveling to Vienna. Such a beautiful and unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend!

The entry was super smooth at the Ferris Wheel. Since the ticket was a non-timed ticket, we could plan pur entry to the perfect orange sky at sunset and witness a ride up the world's oldest ferris wheel to view Vienna's skyline. Just one round, but worth it. There was also a cute little display of Vienna's history in carriages before the entry.

Non sono molto soddisfatto siccome non mi ero reso conto che dopo aver ricevuto la mail di conferma bisognava fare un ulteriore step per avere accesso ai biglietti. Cosa che mi ha creato problemi siccome giunto davanti alla attrazzione ho dovuto sentire l'assistenza per ricevere ulteriore link per scaricare i biglietti

Very easy to book at reasonable rates, clear information about time slots etc ( if applicable). I used this service twice and was quite pleased with it. However at the time of second booking I was unable to avail the 10% discount that was promised after the first booking. It didn't impact our experience in anyway.

With this ticket, skip the line to the ticket counter/box office and head straight to the museum entrance!

Rental fees: Permanent collection tour €5.00, Austrian sign language multimedia guide permanent collection € 2.00.

For reasons of hygiene, please use personal headphones (standard 3.5 mm connection). As an alternative, disposable headphones are provided.

The parking lot for people with disabilities is located right next to the entrance gate of the Upper Belvedere, Prinz Eugen-Straße 27.

Note: With your time slot ticket you book a fixed access time to the museum. The duration of your stay is unlimited.

The Upper Belvedere's north and west facades are set to undergo renovations from April 2024. Scaffolding will be disguised with a net replicating the facade. The entrance and access to the venue will remain unaffected.
