Booked our Sunway Lagoon tickets through Headout and honestly had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I traveled with my younger brother for his birthday trip, and the whole process was completely smooth and stress-free. It is massive and all the water rides are brilliant. We spent the whole day in the water park, experienced it during a storm which was once in a lifetime. We have three kids (7,11,14) and all were entertained the whole day. The massive dance party in the wave pool was something new too. Don't miss. The maps were a little confusing sometimes other than that it was awesome.
