I love tall buildings and towers, so I was looking forward to going to KL Tower. I really enjoyed the skydeck, great views of the city but without any plexiglass in the way. It wasn't crowded at all, I went early in the day, and it was very fast to get in, I experienced no lines at all. I didn't feel rushed at all, and stayed out to enjoy the cool weather and views, before heading to the other observations deck that is enclosed and I didnt enjoy that as much. The staff was friendly and there were shops available with souvenirs and snacks.

My visit to KL Tower was truly amazing. I went there around 8 p.m., just after a heavy storm, and the atmosphere was incredible. I only had to wait about five minutes while the staff finished cleaning the deck, and after that, I practically had the entire place to myself. There were almost no other visitors at that time, so I could fully enjoy the panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur in complete peace. It was one of those rare moments when the city felt both alive and calm at the same time.

I booked the combo tickets for Aquaria KLCC and KL Tower, and overall it was a smooth and memorable experience. Buying the tickets online was super convenient, and we had no problems with entry at either place. The aquarium was beautifully organized with a wide variety of marine life, and it was enjoyable for all ages. At KL Tower, the view was stunning and definitely worth it, but I wish it had been made clearer that there are two options available – the SkyTerrace and the Observation Deck – as I would have loved to go to the SkyTerrace. Still, the visit was enjoyable, hassle-free, and a good value for money.

Hat alles super geklappt. Beim KL Tower könntet ihr besser die unterschiedlichen Plattformen beschreiben. Hätten gerne höher gewollt.

Luggage and personal bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are not allowed at KL Tower.

Outside food & beverages are not allowed into this experience.

Professional photo/video shoots require prior approval.

Drone photography is not permitted unless authorized.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller-friendly.

Additional information

Guests are required to check in using the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any other reason, please coordinate with the venue to obtain a refund or extension form directly from them.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of inclement weather conditions.

After the ticket is scanned, guests must visit the KL Tower ticket counter to collect a reschedule slip.

Rescheduling is permitted within 7 days from the original visit date.

No cash refunds will be provided in the event of rain.

Sky Terrace will be closed from 9pm on 17 Nov 2025 for a private event and will reopen on 18 Nov 2025.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
