It was extremely easy to find and board. My tickets were digital so the attendant told me I needed to get them printed at the box office then we headed to gate 2. The docent was very knowledgeable and easy to hear. Every seat on the deck had a clear view of all the sights. I learned a lot of history about Chicago and how the water way evolved through the years. I loved it!

The architecture river cruise was one of the highlights of the trip. Our tour guide was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and it was fascinating to learn about Chicago’s history, architecture, and the stories behind so many of the iconic buildings. It was fantastic!

It departed on time, Phil ( I think I am terrible with names) was a wonderful guide, very informative and easy to listen to. All around was a great experience. Not sure how objective Caht GPT is but I chose bade on the AI suggestions and it was great. Was looking for less crowded tour, was advised to go before noon. We took noon cruise, minus couple tourist that were intent on standing up the whole trip in the first row 🙄 it was great and I got good tour video and Some pictures.

Online ticketing personnel were very helpful working around not using an app. All personnel were friendly, answered questions, gave direction getting to the launch site & entering the ship. The volunteer docent was outstanding! Very clear, informative & passionate about the historical & current architecture as well as about river utilization past & present. The ship was accessible & clean. Great navigation by the captain & crew. Thanks for the enjoyable time!

The views and narration! However, the ticket experience was not good. We got the tickets in the email, downloaded your app, but they did not let us on the boat with our electronic tickets, and sent us to the ticket office to exchange the electronic tickets for the paper ones, snd we almost missed the boat! We had no information about this when we hit the tickets through your platform online.

Claudia, the docent and guide was FABULOUS! Not only was she knowledgeable, but she shared info and history with lots if enthusiasm. You couldn't help but be excited and impressed by the range and backstreet of the buildings and their designers. A must-see tour!
