Booking with Headout made the process really easy and I felt confident walking in to Disneyland Shanghai having all the details ready (and passport!). Download the Disney App to use the map and everything on it before you get there. Disney has its own metro station making it simple to get there in the first place, the metro is pretty easy to navigate around Shanghai. Disneyland was amazing from start to finish, the characters have particular places where they stand and you can queue to meet them. There are staff on site to take your photos on your own phone for you. Conveniently all the rides and characters have a system where you can see how long the queuing time is, which is also on the Disney App. The food there is really tasty, not over priced, and there are phone chargers for you to hire in the restaurants. Could be slightly better signposted to the different areas, but overall was a fab day. Lots of themed shops for the characters, depending on which part of the park you are in. Toilets were kept very clean (always a bonus) with plenty of western style toilets! Have a great day if you visit!

First time using headout - honestly I thought I was buying from the disney shanghai website direct (a story for next time) and when I realised it was a 3rd party site I was worried I might've got scammed and it wouldn't work on the day (haha). But come the day of, tickets and premier access passes loaded into our disney app seamlessly (once you enter the park with your passport). You definitely need premier passes if you don't want to wait hours, but you can buy them in line as well! Thanks Headout! Will use again. :)

Buying tickets thru Headout was rather complicated, too much information required in a very unstructured way. At the end, y key office was open and no lines!!! More expensive as well

Was initially concerned but it was smooth, easy and very convenient. It was also much easier to purchase as compared to the actual Didney website. Conditions and packagaes (Premier Access with 8 attractions) were clearly explained. We just had to walk to the entrance. No hassle!

It was easy just follow what the instructions states. Don't forget your passport as this is needed to get your tickets. I was able to tag my ticket with their app along with my premier access rides. I had a great time with my son with the experience.
