Enter Sea Life Park Hawaii through the main gate and head to the admission area. Present your general admission ticket for validation, then pass through the turnstiles to begin your visit. Once inside, follow your own route through the park, stopping at the exhibits, shows, and animal experiences included with your day admission.

What to bring

Keep a photo ID handy, as the cardholder must show identification when paying with a credit or debit card at park locations.

What's not allowed

Guests may not bring alcoholic beverages, food, firearms, or pets onto park grounds.

Loose items, including cameras, hats, jewelry, piercings, and 3D nail art, may not be allowed in pools to protect the animals.

Accessibility

Personal wheelchairs, electric scooters, strollers, and wagons are permitted inside the park.

Reach out to Guest Services at least 48 hours before your visit to discuss accessibility needs. Groups that include people with disabilities should contact the park at least one week ahead.

You may be asked to complete a questionnaire by email or fax, allowing the park to assess your physical condition and advise you on which experiences you can safely enjoy.

Access to certain rides, activities, animal interactions, attractions, or park areas may be limited if they cannot be made reasonably safe or accessible. Safety is always the priority.

Rent a wheelchair for $5 per day or bring your own wheelchair or electric scooter into the park.

All bags and purses may be searched as part of the park’s security procedures.

Rinse stations and changing areas are located throughout the park for guests to use as needed.

Lockers can be rented for $6 per day.
