Our guide was excellent—she was inspiring and shared fascinating details and anecdotes about the castle’s history and its rulers. Wish her all the best. There were queues in several places, but they moved fairly smoothly overall. The main challenge was the narrow corridors and two-way traffic. Buying tickets online was easy, but on-site we would have appreciated clearer instructions on how things work and that we needed separate paper tickets, etc. The staff were helpful and friendly, but clearer guidance would significantly reduce their workload.

Accesso semplice e come da indicazioni, abbiamo trovato il referente per la consegna dei biglietti cartacei nel luogo indicato e abbiamo avuto anche una breve presentazione introduttiva in italiano su tutta l'area del castello; l'audioguida era fatta eramente molto bene.. Consgliato!

Our Guide showed up 2 minutes before the scheduled time, making many of us nervious, thus starting a little late. The guide was easy to understand. I am comparing this to a tour two of the 8 in our group took previouesly. This guide gave us great information; the previous tour had us stopping at more places in the Cathedral to explain about what was in front of us and its significance at the time. We skipped over the area where the imperial jewels are housed, the St. Wenceslas Chapel (the cathedral's centerpiece) the stained glass where Saint Ludmila and little boy Wenceslas are featured, Wooden carving of Prague, and The Royal Mausoleum and Crypt. Those are the only ones I recall that was a lot to skip. We took too many breaks for too long i.e letting people stop at Starbucks for a coffee break. thus we skipped some key points.

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)

Optional online guide: With this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details (user name and password), allowing you to log into the online guide.

Optional audioguide is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Polish and Chinese (simplified) languages

A working internet connection is essential for the optional online audio guide to work properly.

The Prague Castle complex is a Presidential office, therefore certain buildings may be closed for operational or state-ceremonial reasons. Refunds will not be issued during such partial closures or due to change of opening hours. Please note the following dates of closure:
