Oto propozycja opinii w naturalnym i uporządkowanym stylu: Zakupiłam rano 13.05 przez internet bilet wstępu do kompleksu Prague Castle obejmujący Zamek Królewski oraz trzy dodatkowe obiekty turystyczne. Strona była przejrzysta, wszystko zostało dość jasno wyjaśnione, a cena była porównywalna do innych ofert. Zakup przebiegł sprawnie i bez żadnych komplikacji. Potwierdzenie otrzymałam zarówno mailowo, jak i przez WhatsApp, co było dużym plusem. Dużym udogodnieniem była możliwość zakupu biletu tego samego dnia bez konieczności rezerwacji konkretnej godziny wejścia — można było wejść o dowolnej porze w godzinach otwarcia obiektów. Jedyne, czego mi zabrakło, to bardziej szczegółowej informacji o lokalizacji poszczególnych obiektów. Zwiedzałam samodzielnie, bez przewodnika, i na miejscu brakowało wyraźnych oznaczeń wskazujących, gdzie znajdują się wszystkie atrakcje objęte biletem. Łatwo było odnaleźć jedynie te najbardziej charakterystyczne budynki. Mimo tego całe zwiedzanie przebiegło bez problemów. Dzień był pełen wrażeń, pięknych widoków i zdecydowanie warto było odwiedzić to miejsce.

The highlight was the guide that gave us the tickets in the square and then an excellent overview of Czech history and the four places our tickets would give us access to. Given the size of the installations, it was surprising how little of them we actually had access to. We finished with the Gold Lane and were disappointed that they let us in (thus using our tickets) but that half of the rooms normally available to be seen were already closed for the day. They should have mentioned that we were wasting our tickets and suggested coming back the next day.

Vim com minha esposa para Praga pela primeira vez, e sempre fui adorador da história medieval e castelos em geral. Certamente nao poderia deixar de visitar o castelo de Praga. Pesquisei na Internet e foi muito prático e seguro comprar os ingressos online. No dia seguinte pela manhã, fomos direto ao castelo, sem espera e sem burocracia. O castelo é incrível desde o momento da entrada, é um grande complexo com excelente preservação. Ponto mais impressionante foi o Beco dourado, vale a pena conhecer.

We had a wonderful history teacher as our guide. He was able to transport us back to the times and people who were part of the story of what we were seeing. He solicited questions and answered all our questions as he connected with the 17 people on our tour group. He was also considerate of peoples needs along the way. The tour was very enjoyable.

Very friendly and highly knowledgeable guide. The meeting point and assistance with the radio transmitters worked smoothly without any problems. The audio was hard to navigate and we found that two voices were being heard. It would start over on the previous section while the current selection was also playing. We could not advance the audio to the building we wished to visit until after the introduction was completed. We found it was easier to listen to the audio when we were back at our hotel.

The Prague Castle was great but busy. The only slight problem was that our confirmation said to meet the representative 15 minutes early at the Obelisk and no on was there. The actual reservation time came and went and still no representative. There were others also looking for the rep. About five minutes after the reserved tour time we noticed the reps with umbrellas about 40 meters away from the obelisk. So, my main feedback is if the instructions say to be at the meetup location 15 minutes early, the rep should be there too. And at the correct place.
