The tickets were easy to book online and instructions on where to go/meet with the booking were good. The introductory talk was excellent, very informative and our guide had good knowledge. We would have given 5 stars but found that St Vitus Cathedral had very little information unless you purchased an audio guide. We felt that some general description on boards in Czech and English would have helped confirm what we were looking at. Similarly in St George's there were some boards but they were all in Czech. It was difficult to use a translator on a phone because of low signal, narrow space and very low lighting conditions.

Guide had a lot of knowledge, very good. Done areas could use a little longer time to get to see more. So in that sense the tour could be a bit longer. I'm not sure if the tickets we got could be reused in the attractions the same day. Was in the middle of the day so was a bit crowded. The guide radio system worked really well, except inside the signal disappeared if we got in separate rooms. Great starting point of the tour. The orange umbrella could have been more visible at meeting point and at some points during the tour, difficult to spot when it was not unfolded. Considered opening it when there are big crowds.

We booked this tour on our last in Prague and were so happy we did! Steve was our guide and was fabulous. He knew his stuff, had great and fun anecdotes, and a good sense of humor to boot. We had seriously considered skipping the Castle, dreading the walk up the hill and crowds; but then thought, "we're here, we need to see it". We opted for the exterior/interior skip the line guided tour, which included the tram ride up the hill. Very much worth it! The walk down and across the other bridge was easier and the views of the river and Charles Bridge were beautiful. Highly recommend this tour.

Der Kauf der Tickets hat gut funkzioniert, wir haben unsere Kontaktleute schnell gefunden. Die historische Einleitung war interessant und voller Daten, aber etwas zu lang für einen kalten Dezember Morgen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr touristisch organisiert, man wurde überall durchgeschleust und musste sich mit anderen Touristen durch enge Türen und Stiegen drängen. Dennoch, die Kathedrale wollten wir unbedingt sehen. Leider ist es schwer dort Andacht zu halten. Man darf sich nicht setzen und überall dröhnt der Touristenstrom. Dennoch war der Dom der Höhepunkt.

It was an interesting way to spend the day lots of history and impressive architecture. The highlight for me was the changing of the guard but you didn't need to have a ticket for the venue to see this. Ticketing system very strange, the online application only gives a reference number which is exchanged for a paper ticket on arrival once you've found the people with the umbrellas who distribute the tickets. None of this was clear before arrival. The audio guide lost signal in parts of the cathedral, a common problem we were later told but not pre warned about.

The team at pick up location in Old Town that gave us the guide QR codes assured us we would be able to get coverage inside the castle grounds for the audio guide. Not true ... we ended up paying/buying a new audio at the castle. The skip the line promotion is also misleading. You avoid the line to purchase tickets but the four main sights still have long entrance lines which you can not skip. The ticket also boasts 2 days worth of admission... you can re-enter the grounds but not any of the buildings again!

It was very easy to meet the guides with blue and white umbrellas and he explained everything but we thought we had a guide to walk around with us and talk us through the history but we were just given the tickets and we were left on our own. The skip the line didn't work either and it was incredibly busy so we managed to use our tickets the next day. Not really what we expected.

The cathedral and castle grounds were fascinating, wonderful architecture, beautifully kept and restored! Very easy to navigate your way around, lots of cafes/restaurants. The only disappointment was the Enormous queue to get into the cathedral - the wait was way over an hour and a half, and we had another reservation to get to elsewhere. Will have to try on another visit!

Please meet the representative with a blue and white umbrella in front of the main entrance to St. Vitus Cathedral, who will exchange your voucher for a ticket to the Prague Castle interiors.

The representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with the voucher only) and give you a 20-minute-long introduction.

The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from Circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane, and St. Vitus Cathedral)

Optional online guide: With this voucher via email, you have received your online Guide login details (user name and password), allowing you to log into the online guide.

Optional audioguide is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Polish and Chinese (simplified) languages

A working internet connection is essential for the optional online audio guide to work properly.

Don't forget to bring your own earphones or headphones.
