Our guide was excellent—she was inspiring and shared fascinating details and anecdotes about the castle’s history and its rulers. Wish her all the best. There were queues in several places, but they moved fairly smoothly overall. The main challenge was the narrow corridors and two-way traffic. Buying tickets online was easy, but on-site we would have appreciated clearer instructions on how things work and that we needed separate paper tickets, etc. The staff were helpful and friendly, but clearer guidance would significantly reduce their workload.

La possibilità di fare i biglietti online rende il tutto semplice e veloce. Arrivati in loco abbiamo ricevuto alcune informazioni introduttive dalla nostra guida, che parlava anche italiano: un po' di storia ceca, personaggi che si sono distinti e un po' di orientamento sulle diverse zone incluse nel biglietto, orari di apertura dei diversi siti ( cattedrale di S. Vito) e orari di alcune manifestazioni tradizionali molto suggestive come il cambio di guardia. Tutti aspetti che hanno reso il costo del biglietto ben speso. Find the representative by III courtyard, Prague Castle, near St. Vitus Cathedral. Look for a blue-white umbrella. Enter from Pražský Hrad tram station side.

If you have opted for the mobile guide, you will also receive an introduction to the guide functionality, along with an orientation map.

Your ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and allows you one-time entry to each attraction from circuit B.

Please note that parts of the Prague Castle complex might be subject to closures due to special events.
