From the beginning when I arrived at the front desk, all the staff were friendly and professional. Cleaning staff were always walking around making sure everything was clean especially when it became extremely busy. Recommendation: I notices some people who were sitting in the lounge put their bags on the chair and go and have something to eat at the tables and they were gone for quite awhile. some people who came in could not find somewhere to sit. Inform guest on arrival to take their bags with them if they are eating at the tables.

I mistakenly booked in the lounge near gate 1 but it was non refundable since it was 3rd party, with only sitting option there, I asked for a room booking, they referred and reserved a room for me near gate 60 while I find my way there, booked a room for 6hours, John was very accommodating and helpful, reaasured me for the wake up call so I wont be late for my next flight. Thus I slept for 5hours straight in the lounge, nice and clean rooms, thi not aound proof (but they eqrned me about it), they showed me the room before I booked in.

This was a very comfortable place to rest between flights. Showers were available, an endless supply of free food and drink, comfortable seating and the ability to recharge devices. The price was not unreasonable, staff was courteous, and the food was absolutely delicious. I recommend Plaza Premium Lounge to anyone who has a long layover in Hong Kong and wants to get away from the airport vibe for a while. I enjoyed my time there.

Really enjoyed this lounge. Food was great very tasty, spotless and nice ambiance. Staff were happy in their work and did a great job. We had a 12 hour stop over so nice to have 3 of them relaxing in your homely lounge.

The lounge service package was good, with courteous staff, tasty food, and a neat, clean resting area. Kindly place a dustbin in the gents’ toilet as well.

Very busy lounge, had to wait for 20 minutes to obtain a seat. However, I must say that the staff were very efficent & food sector was 95% fully stocked. Noodle section needs some improvement as the fresh condiments were often not availbale. Drink section was manged very well by one staff, however she did a lot of the times look quite stressed with the work load.

We were in the lounge by gate 1 from 6.30pm for 3 hours. It was ao busy when we got there that it took at least 10 minutes to find a table to sit at together and there were no comfy seats available for 20-30 minutes. The comfy chairs don't have head rests or have an option to put your feet up. So it is impossible to have a little sleep. The choice of food was only hot local style dishes (eg spring rolls and Japanese chicken curry). No deserts or sweet options at all apart from toast with jam. Certainly not the range of hot and cold buffet food that I expected. The one bonus was that the shower was good. Although the wait for it was 45 minutes.

It was packed and I could not find a lounge seat to relax. It would have been more comfortable sitting at the gate for free. I had to sit on a high hat stool on a table. No way to rest. When you are doing a 30hrs commute with a 6hr layover not what you want. No options either for a massage or shower available that day too. Also very disappointed. And the food options were limited.
