Staff were so kind and accommodating to my needs as client with an infant in tow. Food was great and services but above all, I really like that I can be at ease with my things being left attended while I took a quick power nap during my stay.

I had along layover in Hong Kong. I purchased a long slot in plaza premium lounge. It was a god send. It has everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend if you have a long layover .

The shower facility was brilliant. Nice toiletries and beautiful, big soft while bath sheets! Food on the lounge wasn't as good as I expected. Cheese, biscuits and fruit salad would have been appreciated. However, it helped us pass seven hours of layover time. A few reclining chairs for the sleep deprived would have been appreciated too.

Very professional and efficient customer service, quality of the food and beverages of a high standard and complimentary journals / publications a thoughtful inclusion. The relaxing nature of the Lounge helped enormously to make our extended layover mid-flight to Australia much more comfortable than it would otherwise have been.

Place was very full. Difficulty finding seating. Small venue with limited food options. all in all it was ok but not worth the price. Showers however were great.
