Everything was extremely well organized, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. When I arrived early at the meeting point for the Accademia Gallery, a staff member kindly approached me and personally guided me to the entrance. I truly appreciated this thoughtful support, especially in a busy city like Florence. It made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The meeting point for the Uffizi Gallery was also very easy to find, with clear instructions provided in advance. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Additionally, I was very happy to be able to purchase a combined ticket for both the Uffizi and the Accademia at a reasonable price.
