Jag bokade 48 timmars vilket var perfekt för mig! Favoritskapet var Castel dig Angelo I Vatikanstaten. Hade turen att bo på hotell intill kyrkan basilikan Maria Maggiore och det fanns också ett busstopp precis där. Jag hittade också till Pantheon, tack vare bussresan.

Today’s visit to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill was one of those experiences that stays with you long after it ends. The Colosseum left me in awe with its scale and atmosphere. It is hard to believe that this magnificent structure was built nearly two thousand years ago and still inspires such admiration today. As I walked through the Roman Forum, I could easily imagine the daily lives of ancient Romans—their conversations, decisions, and the events that shaped the course of history. Palatine Hill, on the other hand, captivated me with its peaceful surroundings, beautiful greenery, and stunning views over the city. What I appreciated most was the opportunity to explore these remarkable sites at my own pace. Every corner revealed something fascinating, and every path led to a new discovery. This was far more than a typical tourist attraction; it felt like a journey through time that sparked my imagination and gave me a deeper appreciation of the ancient world. I left feeling inspired, with hundreds of photos and even more unforgettable memories. Es ist sehr angenehm, alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel einfach nutzen zu können. Und Warteschlangen sind auch kein Problem. Selbst als die Elektronik in einem Museum ausgefallen ist, konnten wir hinein. Alle Anderen mussten wieder gehen. Der Pass war für uns insgesamt eine tolle Lösung.
