We did the jeep tour to see the sunrise at Mount Batur, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The organization was excellent, and everything ran smoothly, punctually, and professionally. I would like to give a special mention to Prady, the driver who picked us up from the hotel and took us to the starting point of the activity. He was very friendly, punctual, and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. We would also like to especially thank Komang Adipta, our jeep driver. He did an outstanding job, driving safely and helping us make the most of the experience. In addition, he is a very kind person and an incredible photographer. He helped us take some spectacular photos that made the memory of this sunrise even more special.

The Sunrise Jeep Tour to Mount Batur was really nice. We got picked up by our driver Kadek Dwika and he was very comforting and drove us well to the Jeep meeting point. Then we drove to the mountain to see an absolutly amazing Sunset! After that we saw the lava stone fields and the hot springs. We drove with Adi, who was super kind and comforting. He told us something about the live on Bali and the culture. We had a lot of fun on this tour!

Fabulous Mount Batur tour organised by headout team, especially my drivers Liong and Agus. Both were professional drivers and well organised. They took us very safe trip. Picked up by Jonathan from our hotel. His communication was incredible the night before the event on WhatsApp. Told us that it'll be cold so bring a jacket. Grateful about that otherwise I'd have froze. He was at our hotel not a minute late and not a minute early. It was amazing. Wi (pronounced We) was our jeep driver. Amazing photos, great recommendations for poses, wish I could upload some of be videos he took! Incredible. Experience was outstanding I will absolutely be recommending. The hot springs were surprisingly great. Like others mentioned, there are flies everywhere. We didn't eat at the restaurant at the hot spring because of the flies!! But Jonathan was able to recommend a restaurant on the way back to our hotel which was a lovely place too! Entire thing was incredible. Will more than likely do it again.

Our jeep tour was such an amazing experience — romantic, fun, and unforgettable all at the same time! 🌄✨ Everything was perfectly organized, and the views were absolutely stunning, but what really made the tour special was our guide, Bimas. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and made the whole experience feel so relaxed and enjoyable. He took so many beautiful photos for us, played music during the ride, and we ended up singing, laughing, and having so much fun together. 🎶📸 The atmosphere was just perfect from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a tour that’s not only beautiful but also full of good vibes and great memories, we highly recommend this experience — and especially Bimas! 🙌🚙

We got picked up from our villa by Kadek Dwika, who made us feel very comfortable and safe in his car. We where then handed to Riski our tour guide for the day who explained what we where doing and when. Risky was very helpful and again made us feel comfortable and safe. Taking lotscof pictures for us without even asking. Riski took it upon himself to learn a lot about the history of Mt Batur and informed us of all his knowledge. Both Kadek and Riski could not have been any more helpful and friendly. Start to finish everything ran smoothly and was in our own time, we never felt rushed. Very good experience, highly recommend.
