We had a great time visiting the pyramids with Karen, our guide. We encountered some problems with entering the site, but with some quick thinking and rescheduling she made sure we had an enjoyable time and didn't have to wait around. The pyramids are great, but all the other parts of the tour are also very fun, authentic and memorable. This tour was the best thing we did on our vacation in Mexico.

The experience was great, in our case the small group was a private tour only for me and my parents. The timing of the whole tour was good and work out well with time to se everything and take photos and most of all enjoy. Also Guillermo, that was our guide made the experience 100% worth it. Firstly, the day of the trip was the Mexico football match and I got the feeling the guide was rushing through the site because he wanted to getback to town because he had plans! We spent exactly 36 minutes inside the Pyramids which we flew across the world to see. Any place we asked him that we want to stop - he refused and said we need to move. we need to move. Any place we wanted to just stay a while to absorbe the space - he refused to let us stay and kept walking without giving us any regard on our requests. He refused to allow us to meet and see the souvinier shops inside and outside the Pyramid site - and the prices were more reasonable here and i regret listening to him. He took us to a suvineier shop later on where the prices were 3 times the price! obviously he was making some commision off this. His Explnation in the car to the site was okay - but at the site he was just walking ahead and hardly giving us any info that we wanted about the site. Overall, I felt cheated and irritated. I would not reccomend doing this tour if you really want to spend time at the Pyramids.
