We booked a tour because we were afraid that it would be difficult to navigate on our own. The tour was cancelled, so we bought the cable car tickets online. How fortunate for us that the tour was cancelled! The cable car was so easy to use, and we saved a lot of money by booking ourselves. We were able to spend the day at our leisure, and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I would highly recommend booking this on your trip to Zermatt.

The ease of booking tickets to the hop off hop on was extremely good. Everything from start to finish was clean and signposted for ease of use. You cannot put into words the views other than absolutely jaw droppingly AMAZING. I will and would recommend anybody to visit this place and not fall in love with Zermatt and the Matterhorn.

Al final va anar tot be, pero qual la compres et diu que l'horari es de 8:30 a 16h. Pero a l'estiu l'horari comença a les 5:50 i no estavem segurs de si amb Headout ens entraria. Però si que ens entrava i tot super correcte. Vam poder fer la muntanya que voliem i ens vam estalviar uns 10 euros en comparacio amb el preu oficial.

You do not get any physical tickets or qr codes but you have to get the booking reference and then show them at the ticket desk. They then give you the tickets. I was skeptical but it worked. Trip was Awsome highly recommend

Wow, Wow, Wow. What an amazing experience, fabulous infrastructure and no journey to Zermatt should happen without this. Loved our day out, totally worth the $.

For health reasons related to altitude sickness, children under 3 are not allowed on the installations between Trockener Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

The train does not allow dogs.

Children 5 and under can travel for free but won't have their own seat.

A mandatory seat reservation is still required for the Glacier Express. Reserved seats are assigned automatically based on availability.
