It was first class. The boat arrived and departed on time. The welcome staff were very friendly. We were shown to our seats near the front with great views of the Thames. The service was excellent, as was the food. The deals on the drinks were very reasonable. We had a great trip and would highly recommend.

The views of course were great, and we loved sitting in the comfort of the boat and watching it all go by whilst enjoying a delicious lunch. The food was sensational - we had both. the veg and chicken at our table, and they were both fabulous. The hospitality staff were really pleasant and efficient. We also enjoyed the commentary of the captain - he was very amusing and knowledgeable, and we appreciated that he didn't talk through the whole trip.

All the guests were shown to assigned seats at tables by the window, so there was no desperate scramble to get a good seat when we boarded, which was great. The food was tasty, and the service was good. The views throughout the journey were lovely, and the commentary, though not detailed, was highly entertaining. It was a very pleasant afternoon.

Meal was good but view and crew talk was even better... Guide was funny and very informative and knows his history. We enjoyed this trip with my family very much.

Enjoyed audio commentary - very entertaining & informative. Food: really good. Server: slow & lacking in attention, difficult to hear / understand, & seemed bored w/his job. Turned off that drinks not included w/meal. Asked for tea with/meal, & was told it was only for dessert. Just not very accommodating. Daughter wanted alternative dessert and was denied, stating it had to be pre-ordered and there was none left over.
