I bought the fast track and it was worth it. I am very scared of heights so waiting around below would have made me more nervous. When in pod and moving the first 5 mins were absolutely nerve wracking but after that I was able to relax and enjoy the views. We were able to see so much more than I thought we would. The air-conditioning was great as it was a sunny day . Staff were so helpful and easily identifiable. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to London.

Snelle instap, goede snelle verwerking van alle mensen, binnen 10 minuten zaten we in een Cabine. Heel rustig draaide deze rond zodat iedereen tijd genoeg had het uitzicht aan alle kanten te zien en op de foto te zetten. Ik ben slecht ter been en onmiddelijk werd mij zowel bij de instap en uitstap hulp aangeboden zonder dit te hoeven vragen, Kortom een gewelige ervaring en vriendelijk goed personeel!

This is my first trip in Europe and the UK. The London Eye has been the most amazing n g experience. I took a rides on the London Eye at the start of my London adventure. Simply beautiful. Stunning. It definitely made me want to see more of London and specific places. At 67 it was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Thank you

This was our fist trip to London and the experience was made easy and organized by Headout. Extra for Fast Track more than worth it especially with an over active child who would have taken poorly with wait of 20 min plus. Not your faults: went on eye in 2001 and could see from Barrier to Windsor Castle then. Apart from poor viz newer buildings to East have restricted views that direstion. Great shame.

The fastrack entry worked fabulously well. We passed very long lines straight to the front of the line. The ride itself was lovely. It wasn't too crowded in the tram and it moved at just the right pace. The plastic flower decoration seemed silly and the narration that was played was over the top, too much. But the trip itself was wonderful.
