My visit to the London Eye was fantastic! The service from the Headout team was impeccable, ensuring a smooth and quick entry that made everything stress-free. The panoramic view of London in the clear midday light was absolutely breathtaking and offered the perfect perspective of the city. The tour was good. Worth going. But don't book the tour with audio guide because it's free anyway. So don't pay extra for something that's offered for free once you get there.

Visiting the London Eye with my son was a really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The whole process was very well organised, and although we expected long queues, the waiting time was actually quite reasonable and moved along smoothly. Once on board, the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and pleasant, giving us plenty of time to take in the incredible views across London. Seeing the city from that height was impressive, especially being able to point out famous landmarks together. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the visit, which made the experience even better. Everything felt safe, clean, and professionally managed. It was a lovely way to spend time together and create some great memories. I would definitely recommend the London Eye to families or anyone visiting London for the first time, as it offers a unique and memorable perspective of the city.

From the very first moment I arrived in London, I felt the unique energy of this incredible city. During my sightseeing tour, I visited many famous landmarks, admired the historic architecture, and enjoyed the lively atmosphere everywhere around me. The highlight of the whole trip was definitely the London Eye. The panoramic view from the top was breathtaking, especially with the beautiful sunset over the River Thames. I could see the entire city from above, which made the experience unforgettable. Everything was perfectly organized, the people were friendly, and the overall experience was fantastic. I truly enjoyed every minute and would love to visit London again in the future.

We found the signage very poor at Tower Bridge and trying to get to the engine rooms not clear at all. We seemed to walk along the bridge one way or the other. The weather was bad so the staff were trying to stay dry and not being helpful. Did the same trip 10 years ago and was much better.
