As the city’s highest viewing platform, the Sky Terrace 428 offers postcard-worthy views of Hong Kong’s gorgeous skyline. Designed by British architect Sir Terry Farrell, the structure is built like a wok and is situated in such a way that it does not interrupt the natural line of the hills.
