I had an amazing experience visiting Osaka Castle. The castle is beautiful, rich in history, and offers incredible panoramic views from the top. The museum inside is very well organized and made it easy to learn about Japan’s samurai era and the history of Osaka. The surrounding park is also peaceful and perfect for a relaxing walk. One thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to buy the tickets online. The process was simple, fast, and very convenient, helping us avoid long lines at the entrance. I highly recommend visiting Osaka Castle if you are in Japan!

Surreal. People were waiting an hour in the hot sun to buy Osaka Castle tickets at the machine. 5 minutes online to headout, downloaded our QR code and we breezed through in seconds. It wouldn't surprise me if some of those people were still in line when we finished our tour of the castle. Highly recommended!

It was in the middle of the day and so hot out there. Using this ticket make us skip the very long line which could potentially take up to 30 min. So that we didn't get exhausted by just waiting and gained so much time to spend in castle and observation room itself. Definetely recommend it!

Tolle Burg, sehr ausführliche Darstellung der Geschichte, mit schönen Videoprojektionen dargestellt. Sehr schöner ausblick auf die ganze Stadt. Die Buchung über Headout hat sich absolut gelohnt. Die Schlange vor Ort ist sehr lang, mit dem gebuchten Ticket läuft man einfach beim Ordner rein.

Harukas 300 Observatory

No food and drinks are allowed in the Observatory except on the 58th floor where there is a cafe.

Osaka Castle

Large luggage, sharp metals, and food and drinks are not permitted in the castle. Only water is allowed on the premises.

Flash photography is not allowed in certain areas of the castle.

Accessibility

Harukas 300 Observatory

Wheelchairs are available on the 16th floor and are subject to availability.

Osaka Castle

Free admission will be given to visitors with disability certificates. One companion can also be admitted for free.

The castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, if the castle gets too crowded on a certain day, strollers will not be allowed.

Entry is free for children of 3 years and below. They must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Guests can deposit their belongings at the entrance ticket counter at a fee of JPY100 per piece. Available from 9am to 4:30pm only (last call for pick up at 5pm).
