Visiting Osaka Castle was an absolute highlight of our trip. As someone who deeply appreciates structural design, witnessing the massive stone walls and the intricate architectural balance of this historic fortress up close was truly fascinating. My wife and I had a wonderful time capturing the stunning silhouette of the castle, especially from the serene Nishinomaru Garden. Booking through Headout was a game-changer; it allowed us to completely bypass the long ticketing queues and maximize our time exploring the rich history instead of waiting in line. Osaka Castle was an amazing experience and definitely one of the must-see places in Osaka. The view from the top was stunning, offering a magnificent panorama of the city and making the visit feel very special. Inside, the exhibition was very enriching, informative, and well presented. I learned a lot about the history of the castle, the city, and the people connected to it. The combination of breathtaking views and cultural discovery made this visit unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Osaka.

We got there my husband said oh I don't want to stand in line and go out to the castle since there was so many people. It was cherry blossom season and all the cherry blossoms out in the soccer park. It's beautiful. Anyway, I noticed some people with a QR code and I asked and they said they booked them through you and I did it right there and you sent them to me within a minute and we win it with no problem. We skipped the line!

An exciting ride to the 60 th floor. Even with some wet weather we could see most of the sites of interest and loved the high tech screens on each corner. Finishing with a wonder thru the souvenir store and meeting mascot Abenobea was a treat and mt new grand childrenwill love the gifts. And finally a local beer at bar and outdoor seating on 58. Oh and best loo with a view

Osaka Castle tickets let us skip the long queue at the ticketing office, was able to enter immediately and go through which gave us enough time to head out to Universal Studios. US tickets also worked well as we just needed to enter using the QR codes. No lines though as we arrived around 11AM and everyone has already got in.

We didn't waste any time standing in line at the Osaka Castle by buying our tickets with headout. When we arrived to the castle the ticket line was long so decided to go online instead. The process was super easy and we were inside the castle within 10 minutes. The experience was amazing and stress free.

What's not allowed

Harukas 300 Observatory

No food and drinks are allowed in the Observatory except on the 58th floor where there is a cafe.

Osaka Castle

Large luggage, sharp metals, and food and drinks are not permitted in the castle. Only water is allowed on the premises.

Flash photography is not allowed in certain areas of the castle.

Accessibility

Harukas 300 Observatory

Wheelchairs are available on the 16th floor and are subject to availability.

Osaka Castle

Free admission will be given to visitors with disability certificates. One companion can also be admitted for free.

The castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, if the castle gets too crowded on a certain day, strollers will not be allowed.

Coin lockers are available at the Observatory, but are subject to availability.

Entry is free for children of 3 years and below. They must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Guests can deposit their belongings at the entrance ticket counter at a fee of JPY100 per piece. Available from 9am to 4:30pm only (last call for pick up at 5pm).

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
