What to bring

• Bring your own water, especially during the summer months, as water is not provided on the tour.
• For children under 55 lbs, you must bring your own car seat or booster seat for the shuttle ride.
• It is recommended to bring cash for gratuity to the Navajo guide (a minimum of $3.00 per person is suggested).

What's not allowed

• Bags of any kind, including purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, satchels, and Camelbacks, are not allowed on the tour.
• Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and drugs (including marijuana) are strictly prohibited.
• Tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks, GoPro cameras, drones, and other professional camera accessories are not permitted.
• Pets or animals are not allowed on the tour.

Accessibility

• The tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• The experience involves a 0.8-mile walk with up and down walkways.

Additional information

• Arrive at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before your tour time for check-in, as late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
• All times for the tour are in Arizona time; set your phone to Phoenix, AZ time to avoid confusion.
• Babies require a booked seat and pay the same price as adults.
• Cancellation must be made more than 3 days before departure; a 6% non-refundable booking fee applies.
