    The funicular was great and the view from the mountain is amazing but the organisation of the queues going up the street in two directions was chaotic

    I felt duped. I didn't realize that Headout would charge $10 service fee when I could get tickets at the furnicular without the added charge. I also needed to wait about 30 mins for the tickets to be processed - all while waiting for their at the ticket counter.

    The information person when checking in told us that they did not nromally honor tickets from third parties, including Headout. WE were able to scan the code and get in but not sure of the actual status of Headout is with this venue.
