What to bring

What’s not allowed

• Pets and dogs are not allowed on board any cruise.

• Meals and beverages are not included with your ticket and are not available for purchase during the cruise.

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage cannot be brought on board.

• Glass containers are not permitted on speedboat tours for safety reasons.

• The tour is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with neck or back conditions.

• All cruises depart from Navy Pier, located at 600 East Grand Avenue, Chicago, IL.

• Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for boarding.

• Fireworks displays are organized by Navy Pier and may be canceled or modified due to weather conditions.

• Guests are required to follow all safety instructions issued by the crew during the experience.

• Participants on the Thrill Speedboat ride must meet the minimum height requirement of 48 inches.

• Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks on board the speedboat tour.

• Note: Guests who arrive after the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for refunds or tour rescheduling.
