La guía turística muy amable y paciente. Toledo es muy bonito es un lugar no tan grande lleno de iglesias y monasterios y los mazapanes me sorprendieron. Sin embargo luego del recorrido rápido por puntos estratégicos nos dieron 3 horas libres aprox. pero con un mapa poco amigable y sin internet es complicado andar ahí yo tuve problemas con mi red de celular y me perdí lo que me hizo demorar en volver a llegar al punto de encuentro.

La puntualidad, comodidad del autobus. La libertad para escoger dónde comer, cosa que nos e dio en el tour de Avila y Segovia. Pero sobre todo y deseo subrayarlo el profesionalismo de la guía la señorita Beatriz, no recuerdo su apellido y del chofer Rafael, fueron sumamente amables. El dominio de la guía, su trato asertivo, su amabilidad y siempre dispuesto a ayudar a orientar, muy sociable. Además, le escuche mucha fluidez en el idioma inglés y su versatilidad en la traducción al español , cosa que rescato mucho por que eramos pocos los de habla hispana y aún así nos respetó y brindó la información en nuestro idioma , eso es de agradecer. Este tours cumplió todas mis expectativas y lo recomendaría a mis amistades.

Me ha gustado que el tour fue muy puntual, las condiciones del autobús también. Lo que no me ha gustado: no hicieron una explicación/ instrucciones claras de que lo que íbamos hacer (ni en el app) si no hasta 5 ' antes; tampoco que el guía no usara radio, no se le escuchaba absolutamente nada lo cual para mí es imprescindible. Y, lo último que nos detuvimos en una tienda de joyería innecesaria.
