I visited the Santiago Bernabéu in August and finally fulfilled one of my biggest childhood dreams. I’m from Kyiv, Ukraine, and I have supported Real Madrid since I was a child, so seeing this legendary stadium in person was incredibly emotional. Even the first view of the pitch through the stadium window gave me goosebumps. Then, when you finally step inside, sit in the stands and look around, you can imagine the atmosphere here during a great match. The tour was very well organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the club. We discovered fascinating areas of the stadium, including the dressing room, the physiotherapy facilities, the players’ tunnel and the technical area. There was enough time to enjoy every moment and take photos, especially on the substitutes’ bench. For a Real Madrid supporter, this is much more than a stadium tour — it is a childhood dream becoming real. I would recommend it to every football fan, even if they do not support Madrid. I will definitely return for a match and would happily take the tour again with my friends, because this is the kind of experience you can enjoy more than once. ¡Hala Madrid!

Tengo 71 años y soy aficionado del Real Madrid desde los 12 años. He sido también sociente representativa del Real Madrid del siglo XXIo del club desde 1969 hasta 1979 y he asisitido a numerosos partidos al "viejo Chamarín". No conocía el nuevo estadio y lo he vivistado con mi nieto de 6 años. Ha sido una experiencia muy impresionante y grata ver cómo se ha transformado un estadio que ya fue motivo de asombre en su momento, en una obra imresionante, digna de la entidad, totalmente representativa del club del siglo XXI y posteriores. No puedo destacar nada en concreto y a nivel emocional estar en el interior del estadio, el vestuario, túnel de acceso al campo y banquillo de los jugadores. Me ha llenado de orgullo ser simpatizante y seguidor de este club. Gracias.

Visitar o Santiago Bernabéu foi uma experiência incrível! O estádio é simplesmente impressionante, muito bonito e moderno, transmite toda a grandeza e história do Real Madrid. Gostei bastante de conhecer a história do clube, ver os troféus, camisolas e tantos momentos marcantes do Real Madrid. Para quem gosta de futebol, é uma visita praticamente obrigatória em Madrid. Foi uma experiência que com certeza vou guardar com muito carinho. Recomendo muito a visita!

Stepping into the Bernabéu with my five year old was unforgettable. Seeing his eyes light up in the locker room and imagining the players he adores walking those halls really gave me chills. The stadium tour is super family friendly and for a young kid who loves football, it’s pure magic. One of those dad and son moments I’ll never forget.

A excellent tour ,With a fantastic guide who's knowledge was brilliant. Started on time and saw most of the stadium plus a bonus part where the VIPS sit and rent out the corporate seats. A very enjoyable 1 and half hours all about Real Madrid rich history.

The Estadio Santiago Bernabeu tour was excellent and exceeded my expectations! I attended the English language tour on 10/8 with Osvan as my tour guide. He was very knowledgable about all things Real Madrid and the club graciously granted access to most parts of the stadium, including trophy rooms, dressing rooms, press sections, and pitch level. As a fan of football this is a must for anyone in the Madrid area and cannot recommend enough! Thanks to Osvan and all at Real Madrid for a spectacular experience. Hala Madrid!

Museu de cera, com esculturas muito realistas, onde pudemos ver a história e os artistas, Bernabéu um ótimo lugar para quem aprecia o futebol, templo sagrado do maior da Europa, estão expostas as 15 taças da Champions do maior campeão, estádio muito tecnológico.

What to bring

Wear a pair of comfortable shoes as covering the stadium and museum involves a fair bit of walking and climbing stairs.

Don’t forget to bring your phone fully charged or a camera if you want to capture pictures at the stadium and museum (for personal use alone).

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed at the stadium or the museum.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium or the museum.

Carrying large suitcases is prohibited, as there is no facility to store them during your tour.

Entering the museum under the influence of any substance is prohibited.

Smoking, drinking, carrying drones, selfie sticks, and tripods is prohibited.

Accessibility

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

Your timed entry tickets are only valid for the time and day you’ve chosen while making your booking. Do make sure to arrive within your chosen time slot.

Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.

The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, and on the Real Madrid website.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

If you choose the upgrade, keep in mind that the tour will be monolingual—make sure you choose a tour in the right language!

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
