Lydia was excellent, she provided excellent information about Toledo and Segovia, as well as kept us informed of all upcoming sites and timelines so we were completely aware and informed of the day's activities. She was friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommend this trip as a great way to see Toledo and Segovia.

El tour fue excelente desde los guías , el chofer del bus , el bus fue muy confortable, cómodo y cumplió con las expectativas, los tiempos ya que se cumplieron siempre durante los recorridos . Las recomendaciones fueron excelentes . Las reseñas históricas que nos dieron durante todo el transcurso del los recorridos . Fueron todos desde el chofer y el guía de inicio hasta los guías locales fueron personas muy amables, simpáticas, educadas y se destacaron por tener conocimiento de la historia de los lugares que visitamos el día de hoy ( Toledo y Segovia ) . En fin tuvimos una experiencia excelente y la recomendamos para que otras personas puedan disfrutar de un día maravilloso , lleno de Historias y paisajes espectaculares y aprender de esta hermosa historia de España . Gracias a todos por brindarnos tan bella experiencia. Y definitivamente volvería a vivirla nuevamente . Y súper recomendado .

I loved both the places however the overall tour experience was just average. we started late waiting on people and then our Tour guide felt a little lost. she was rushing in her explanation. one line english, one line spanish. Rather may be have one whole explanation of the area in one language and then move to anothe. due to each line translation, it lost its essence. The 2nd guide who we met in Toledo, he was amazing, funny and enthusiastic and we really enjoyed. The itineary wa sgood but felt quite rushed specially for Toledo and in Segovia there was no time left to see the Alahambra because a very long lunch was given and then rest of the time went in city walking tour.

Los lugares muy bellos, bien explicado por los guías, la única observación es sobre los equipos de audio de perdía la señal con mucha facilidad
