The class started later than expected so we were there for 4+ hours. Everyone in the class was great, including the teachers. The chance to learn how to make pasta from scratch in Florence was really nice. We learned some really nice tricks in the kitchen and hope to implement them at home.

Towards the end, the course will be followed by a delicious dinner with all the delicious dishes prepared by you at the table.
