D'abord l'accueil de la resounsable au départ qui nous a indiqué tous les renseignements indispensables pour notre visite de la Basilique St-Pierre. Une entrée aux contrôles très impressionnante car nous avons vécu l'horreur à Rome sur d'autres sites! Franchement nous avons été impressionnés par la qualité du service de Head Out. Nous revenons souvent en Europe et vous êtes la meilleure expérience que nous avons eue depuis 12 ans!

The directions on WhatsApp were excellent. We were easily able to find the entry point for our skip-the-line tickets. The Basilica was amazing. We were never offered our audio guide sets, but were prepared with our free audio guide by Rick Steves. This made our experience seemless and very memorable.

Blij dat we een ticket voor de Sint Pieter hadden gereserveerd. Daarmee konden ee de erg lange wachtrijen een beetje ontlopen. Het koste nu 3 kwartier om in de basiliek binnen te komen. De Basiliek is geweldig en de digitale audio guide in meerdere talen is prima in geeft een goede en duidelijke route door de basiliek en een uitstekende uitleg. Wij hebben genoten van deze tour. Een online boeking is zeker aan te bevelen.

I had to book this ticket the day before the event. The fact that I was able to see St Peter's Basilica on my 3rd attempt was special. The tour checking process was pretty straightforward and simple. The audioguide was pretty simple and easy to follow. This was super helpful in planning our visit. Since we went through the audioguide beforehand, it was possible to concentrate while visiting the shrine.

I hit the 5 stars by accident, this was not a good experience, as i have reported back on deveral emails. Poor iservice guide late for ticket exchange for our.1st booking for the Vatican , which delayed all plans and QR for St Peters not accessible on App or in.the emails as reported VERY DISSATISFIED

Buenos días, la reserva para el acceso prioritario a la Basilica del Vaticano fue sin duda todo un acierto. Eso, junto a haberlo hecho a primera hora de la mañana, permitió que accedieramos sin esperar ninguna cola. El proceso e indicaciones fueron muy sencillos también. Muy recomendable!

Un ingresso con coda che poteva andare meglio perché il personale con le pettorine gialle mostrandogli il Qr code hanno inizialmente detto che non andava bene e che non sapevano, un altro che il bliglietto acquistato era solo per l'audio guida, fino a che un addetto evidentemente più preparato ci ha indicato la fila corretta (che era quella imboccata all'inizio). Tolto questo piccolo inconveniente il resto si è svolto come da aspettative. L'audio guida utile. Peccato per i biglietti esauriti per visitare la cupola salvo poi dover fare la coda all'interno per poter acquistare i biglietti. La basilica è di una bellezza e maestosità unica!!

Wir haben hier einen gut organisierten Eintritt vorgefunden und waren sehr schnell im Petersdom drin. Der Zugang zum Schnelleintritt befindet sich auf der rechten Seite des Petersplatzes und ist gut erkennbar durch Mitarbeiter mit gelben Sicherheitswesten.

Large bags, suitcases, or oversized luggage are prohibited; only small backpacks or personal bags are permitted (no cloakroom available).

Food, drinks, smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly forbidden on the premises.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are prohibited (non-flash photography is allowed).

Entry through the Holy Door is not included.

Infants are not allowed inside St. Peter’s Basilica.

Accessibility

Both experiences are not wheelchair accessible; some areas include stairs and narrow passageways.

These visits are unsuitable for individuals with walking difficulties, heart conditions, claustrophobia, dizziness, certain disabilities, anxiety disorders, or for pregnant visitors.

All visitors must pass airport-style security checks.

Additional information

At St. Peter’s Basilica, there are two entrance lines, a free entry line and a reserved entry line. Only visitors with reserved tickets can use the reserved queue. Brief waits may still occur during peak hours due to security procedures. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure smooth check-in.

Entry is only permitted through the reserved entrance line.

Both basilicas enforce a strict dress code; failure to comply may result in denied entry.

The basilicas may close certain sections due to force majeure, which does not entitle visitors to a refund.
