Wir wurden im Büro des Veranstalters nett begrüßt und pünktlich von Viktoria zur Führung abgeholt. Schon der Weg zum Eingang in die Uffizien sowie die überschaubaren Warzezeiten wurden von Viktoria gut genutzt, um uns inhaltlich vorzubereiten. Im Inneren angekommen waren wir zunächst überwältigt von der Größe und dem Reichtum der Sammlung. Trotz vieler Besucher schaffte es Viktoria uns geschickt zwischen den anderen Gruppen auf direktem Weg zu den absoluten Highlights zu bringen. Mit unglaublichem Fach- und Hintergrundwissen und einem sehr sympathischen Humor gelang es ihr, unser Interesse und unsere Aufmerksamkeit während der gesamten Tour hochzuhalten. So hatten wir am Ende nicht das Gefühl, etwas versäumt zu haben, obwohl wir so viele Räume nicht betreten hatten. Ein wirklich gelungener Einstieg in die schier unerschöpflich erscheinende Welt der Uffizien! Wir wollen, nein wir müssen, unbedingt wiederkommen und mit etwas Glück begleitet uns dann wieder ein toller Guide wie Viktoria, die uns zum Abschluss sogar noch Insider-Tipps für den weiteren Aufenthalt in Florenz gegeben hat! Absolute Empfehlung für den Veranstalter und unseren Guide!!!

The meeting point was exactly where the tour details said it would be. We were checked off on the list and at the appointed time we met our guide. The guide was engaging and gave us some great insights to what we were looking at. We were able to hear everything she said because of the microphone/headset system that she/we were using. Once she had completed her part of the guided tour, we were free to do our own thing. Although it was busy, it didn't feel as busy as the Uffizi Galleries which was absolutely no fun. I would recommend this tour experience.

This combo is definitely worth to buy. The Florence Cathedral Express Guided Tour was relatively short, but very interesting and informative. The Florence Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour was absolutely wonderful, we saw the most notable spots of Florence. The other southern bank of the Arno river was really impressive. It has a panoramic view on the Florence. Besides it was nice to see the places where famous Russians Tchaikovsky and Dostoevsky lived. Oct 21, 2026

Polina did an amazing job at the guided tour. She had a lot of knowledge on the different works of art. I have taken part in three guided tours of the museum so far and each one was slightly different so I learned new information every time. I can only recommend it!

So much to see so little time but our guide took us to the masterpieces and took her time explaining to us not only the history of it, but also how to appreciate it.

Из плюсов. Рассказ был достаточно подробный для данного формата экскурсии. Очень интересная история о расцвете культуры при Медичи. Экскурсовод всегда находил место в таком загруженном месте, откуда было хорошо видно экспонаты. Из минусов. Не всегда достаточно хорошо слышно через наушник.

Wheelchair users can only board buses equipped with a footboard and dedicated space.

Passengers with wheelchairs are required to secure themselves and their wheelchairs with safety belts while the bus is in motion. The wheelchair must be locked with its brakes and placed in the designated space.

The service provider allows only one wheelchair on the bus at a time.
