Mi ha meravigliato moltissimo la totale fiducia che la municipalità di Amburgo dimostra nei confronti dei suoi cittadini e dei turisti. Non abbiamo mai trovato controlli dei biglietti e/o abbonamenti. Abbiamo usato la Hamburg card per 5 giorni per 4 gruppi ciascuno di 4 persone (in tutto 16 persone).

The public transport is great, you need the app HVV to get all the right connections. I was disappointed with the reduction on venues. Most of them give 10%.

No need to pick up your Hamburg CARD! The official ticket is already with you when you buy your ticket.

If you’re the old-school type, then you can print it using the link in your confirmation email or activate using the free app ‘Hamburg - Erleben & Sparen’, available for iOS and Android.

The ticket is only valid for the time of purchase. Activation will automatically start at 00:00 on the day selected and will remain valid for the period chosen.
