O Parque Güell é um lugar de grande interesse arquitetônico e artístico, e sua visita envolve não apenas apreciar as construções e os mosaicos, mas também observar a relação entre a obra de Gaudí, a paisagem e os espaços que compõem o conjunto. Por isso, a forma de conduzir o percurso e o equilíbrio entre deslocamento, observação e explicações são aspectos importantes para aproveitar o passeio. An absolutely fantastic experience at Park Güell! The park itself is wonderful, but what really made our visit special was our amazing guide, Aina. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about sharing the history and stories behind this beautiful place. Her energy and engaging storytelling made the tour both interesting and entertaining. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! Highly recommended, and a huge thank you to Aina for making our visit so memorable!

What a fantastic place Park Guell is - our visit was made all the better by our fabulous tour guide Raoul who was so interesting and funny, he was informative whilst keeping it entertaining. The Gaudi designed "bench", Gingerbread Houses and park in general are beautiful, all set with the backdrop of the city. After the tour you have free time in the park to explore at your leisure. Well worth a visit and we would suggest making it a must see trip whilst in Barcelona!

Nous avons mis du temps à trouver le bon point de rencontre et du coup nous étions en retard. Et très sympa nos billets nous ont quand même été transmis et on a pu accéder au parc. Nous avons réussi à retrouver Guillem notre guide et à suivre notre visite. On a beaucoup apprécié ce geste. Encore merci.

Der Park Güell ist wunderschön und ich hätte am liebsten mehrere Tage dort verbracht. Die deutschsprachige Führung unter Leitung von Conchita war echt interessant und sie hatte ein tolles Fachwissen zur Entstehungsgeschichte des Parks, was sie auch spannend und mit Humor rübergebracht hat.

Park Güell is a truly wonderful place. Despite the rainy weather, our visit to the park met all our expectations—largely thanks to our tour guide, Barbara, who was professional, kind, and full of knowledge, stories, and information that she shared with us. Highly recommended!

Awesome tour of Park Guell Highly recommend on end the ease of booking, excellent communication and ticketing. 1hr was enough to learn then enjoy the park alone.

Getting started

Meet your guide at Carrer de Larrard 53, just to the left of the gift shop, where you’ll be welcomed with an introduction to the park’s history. After a quick ticket check, your guide will outline the route and set the stage for your exploration.

What to expect

Step into one of Barcelona’s most celebrated landmarks, designed by Antoni Gaudí in the early 20th century. This UNESCO World Heritage Site blends architectural innovation with natural landscapes, offering insight into Gaudí’s vision for urban spaces. After the guided tour, you’re free to continue exploring the park’s unique features at your own pace.

Features

Viaducts: Walk along elevated stone pathways that mimic natural forms, showcasing Gaudí’s integration of architecture and landscape.

Casa Gaudí Museum: See the former residence of Gaudí, now a museum highlighting his life and creative legacy.

Rosary Pathway: Follow a scenic route lined with rounded bollards, built atop an old Roman road and surrounded by lush greenery.

Main Terrace: Capture panoramic views of Barcelona and the Mediterranean Sea from the park’s central terrace, bordered by the iconic serpentine bench.

Hypostyle Room: Enter a columned hall with 86 Doric columns, originally designed as a marketplace and ingeniously used to collect rainwater.

Dragon Staircase: Meet “El Drac,” the park’s famous mosaic salamander, a symbol of Gaudí’s playful style and vibrant use of color.

Casa del Guarda: Admire the whimsical, mosaic-covered roof of this fairytale-like house, reflecting Gaudí’s imaginative approach to design.

What to bring

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothing as this experience involves a lot of walking.

During the summer months, it is recommended to bring hats/caps to protect from the sun, and water for hydration due to high temperatures.

Accessibility

For visitors with mobility problems, Park Güell offers two free wheelchairs for hire (subject to availability).

The tourist coach car park has three places for people with reduced mobility.

Additional information

All the recognizable and famous portions of Park Güell are located in the Monumental Zone, which includes lots of uphill climbs and stairs.

During peak season, April to August, expect a considerable wait time at entry.
