Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau was a deeply moving and unforgettable experience. Our guide was knowledgeable, respectful, and explained the history clearly and sensitively. Walking through the camp was emotionally difficult, but it gave us a much deeper understanding of the Holocaust and the importance of remembering its victims. The tour was very well organized and conducted with the dignity this place deserves. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in history—it is not an easy visit, but it is an important and meaningful one.

Absolutely amazing experience with Headout! Everything was really well organised from start to finish. The transport was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience ran smoothly. Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau was incredibly moving and emotional, but also very meaningful. It’s a place everyone should visit at least once to understand and remember the history. I’m very happy with the service from Headout and would definitely recommend booking through them. This tour was exceptionally well-organized. The staff were helpful, polite, and attentive from the moment we boarded the transfer in Krakow. This was a very well presented tour. The Tour was thru Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camp memorial. Our guide Igor was extremely well informed and the entire trip was well coordinated. The van ride was a bit too fast. Highly recommend this tour of this horrific part of history. It must never be forgotten

Alt vedr transport til og fra Auschwitz fungerede super fint. Arrangøren kontaktede os dagen forinden med afhentningsted og tidspunkt. Ved ankomst til Auschwitz var der mulighed for en kort pause. Herefter ventede en fin guidet tur med afslutning i Birkenau.. Kan varmt anbefales

The guide Karol was fabulous, but could have been approachable for more questions. It didn't take from the experience though. The driver was fabulous and kept everyone on time. The bus was on time. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Plenty chances to snack. I wish this was never a museum/memorial people need to visit, but as a memorial it was done so well. You can read all you want, it doesn't compare to standing where they stood and I have come away with some inward reviewing.

I enjoyed the tour overall, especially because the tour guides were exceptional. However, the downside was the hotel transfer service. I specifically paid for hotel transfers, so I expected to be picked up and dropped off directly at my hotel. Instead, I was required to walk to a meeting point for pickup and was dropped off at an even farther meeting point afterward, which meant having to walk back to the hotel. In my understanding, paying for hotel transfers should mean pickup and drop-off at the hotel, rather than having to walk to and from designated meeting points. This was disappointing and should be made clearer to customers when booking.
