I twisted my knee on the way to this excursion making me late. I almost didn't even try to go, but I thought... at least I can do the Heineken Experience. Well it was FABULOUS! Sepp and Frost checked me in, gave me ice for my knee and Sepp escorted me through on a wheelchair. I met Mia, Violeta and Jakub as well who were amazing people. Unfailingly kind is an understatement. "Proust!!!!" To the Heineken family for their legacy of fantastic beer but also for their people. They are amazing!

Die Organistation, Empfang und Betreuung hat funktioniert, die Ortlichkeiten sind gut eingerichtet und haben einen guten Effekt auf die Besucher. Die Darlegungen waren etwas knapp und die Geschichte hätte etwas ausführlicher dargestellt werden können. Die Darlegungen könnten etwas ruhiger ablaufen, damit auch die nicht englisch sprechenden mehr von den Ausführungen miterhalten. Der Ablauf war sinnvoll und führte sehr anschaulich durch die Produktionsstätte. Die Dachterrasse war angenehm und ein gutes Erlebnis

Ein Brauereibesuch mal anders. Abwechslungsreich, etwas Geschichte, etwas Braukunst und etwas Show zum Miterleben und selbst gestalten. Das Bier hat geschmeckt und der Abschluss im Keller hat alles abgerundet. Wir waren zwar die Ältesten mit 70, aber fühlten uns inmitten der Jüngeren richtig wohl.

We had no expectations for both, but they were wow and 100% worth it. The Heineken experience blew our minds. 😁🤯 The Ice bar is really extremely cold 🥶, but you can survive 10-15 minutes. The drinks were very tasty.
