There was a bus parked there when I arrived, but the employees at the queue area said that I couldn't get on. The bus was there for another few minutes before it departed. And I only had a backpack/small bag with me. They were nice and apologetic about it, and said the next bus would only be a few minutes later. The next bus was 15 min later; I don't mind waiting but just be upfront about the schedule and wait time to set expectations. The actual bus ride was smooth and comfortable.

The digital QR code makes your ticket very simple and easily accessible for jumping on the skybus, have it scanned, place your bags in the spacious shelves and find a seat upstairs for an awesome view of the city. The announcements once on the bus are clear and easily heard. The ride is comfortable and not too far from Southern Cross station to Tullamarin airport, ready for my trip to the blue mountains. The bus was 95% full, other passengers assisted with moving bags for my daughter and i to allow our bags to go into the luggage area, the bus driver took off without a outing they were about to move. My daughter fell onto another passenger, we slowly made our way up stairs and others pointed out spare seats. The trip was a good one apart from that. Yes i would recommend and yes i would travel on the bus again.

The ride was excellent seeing views of Melbourne city from the top deck of a double-decker bus. Having pre-purchased my ticket on line, made catching the bus easier. Buses departed every 10 minutes so didn't have to wait long and they even have racks to store bulky luggage items.

I enjoyed the trip from Tullamarine T3 to the drop off point in Southern Cross Rail Station. Coach was modern and comfortable, ticket check staff and driver were warm and friendly. Ticket purchase via smartphone screen felt fussy and difficult. I won't do it again - I thought it would be something to do while waiting for a suitcase at bag claim. Next trip, I will choose the kiosk to buy the ticket.

Friendly helpful driver, proactive in helping with heavy bags and so on. Super convenient, clean and comfortable. Great staff. Great value. Super conveneinet for trains, trams and cabs the other end. I never use a taxi to get into the city now!

Excellent - easy to find, bus runs every 10 mins, easy to book either in advance or even in the queue to get on. Plenty of luggage space. Comfortable clean bus goes direct to Southern Cross Station within Melbourne's free tram zone....
