Getting settled

After clearing security in Terminal C, make your way past the main shops to the Palm Court area. Take the stairs or the elevator up to Level 2 to reach the lounge entrance, located near Gate 241. Present your booking, a valid photo ID, and your same-day boarding pass at the reception desk to check in and begin your relaxing pre-flight experience.

Rules & restrictions

• The lounge is located airside in Terminal C, so you must clear departure formalities before entry. Passengers flying from Terminals A or B can access the lounge, but will need to clear security at Terminal C.

• Premium alcoholic beverages and shower facilities require an additional payment.
