In an ideal location overlooking the runway, Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 5 Departures is the perfect setting for both business and leisure travellers. My lounge featured an array of comfortable seating for travellers to relax in addition to services including freshly prepared seasonal food, a fully serviced bar with a wide variety of drinks, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi and TV broadcasting the latest news and sports. We had a lovely time during our stay at the Plaza Premium. It was clean and the food was nice. It is nearly impossible to find a seat in the airport, so it was perfect to have a comfy chair waiting for us. The staff were kind and very attentive as well!

The sevice from Headcount was exceptional!!!! No issue on their part However the experience at the Plaza lounge at Heathrow was well below the expected standard A much better experience would have been to eat in one of the airport Restaurants

It was so easy to book. Then when I arrived, all I had to do was show them the ticket on the app and was ushered in. They gave me a seat where I could charge my devices. The food and drinks were convenient and the staff was most helpful.

The experience was really good but by the time we were allowed to check in our bags and enter the lounge then had to go for our flight ment we had one and a half hours so l thought £82 was a bit expensive for the two of us we just had a cup of tea and small amount of food each would l do it again l don't know probably not unless we could sit in comfort for the three hours
