The on board staff were lovely and really helpful and the bus tour was fun. Even though I contacted company prior to tour about special dietary requirements, no one got back to me. Issues with the food that could not replaced on the day!!

It was fun but they could have done a better job explaining the sites that were being seen and could have been more attentive to replenishing tea or water. Also, it would be nice to have gotten a tea to go.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Der Bus fuhr pünktlich, das Personal ist sehr nett. Es gibt erst kalte Getränke, dann warme. Das Essen steht schon bereit, es wird dann noch ein Rosinenbrötchen gereicht.

I loved everything about the tour, especially the attendants. They were extremely kind, and their smiles were always on their faces. The food was very delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of a halal menu—everything I tried was amazing. Also, thank you for the drink mugs ; they are a wonderful souvenir.

That was a very good experience. The teas offered were excellent, with a wide selection of delicate and refined flavors. The scones, sandwiches, and pastries were fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented — a real treat for both the eyes and the taste buds! The service was attentive, cheerful, and very professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Just not what I expected. Just one hour. Felt very rushed and we did not see very much. Nice staff . Nice tea. Sandwichs were very bland.

Introduced in the 1840s, afternoon tea is a beloved ritual of sandwiches, cakes, and of course, fine tea. Sweet and savory snacks, a glass of Prosecco, and the best views of London – what's not to love? And, with a menu designed for everyone, all that's left is to choose your vantage point – upper or lower deck.
