Easy to use. I'm 75 and not techy savvy. It was perfect for me. It was my first time to visit Italy and I wanted to have the tickets of the attractions I was going to see purchased ahead of time. Michaelangelo's David was definitely on my list to see. It was amazing. To see it in person was breath taking for me. To know the history. It was one of the highlights for me. I couldn't stop taking pictures. I love you David ❤️ That is my Paddington Bear. I bought him last year in Camden Market in London. He goes everywhere with me 😁

It is very fast to get into the Gallery. You need to scan the code and exchange them as the offical ticket (the store opposite to the main door of the Gallery). Then you need to wait at the line which you chose before and get ready to enter.

Instructions were very clear. Contact person was waiting at the exact spot as mentioned. Skip line was a breeze. The attractions themselves were everything as advertised. Would highly recommend this if you are booking last minute

The tickets were on time. We arrived at the venue about 15 minutes in advance according to the instructions and stood in line. They let us into the gallery on time. The gallery itself is amazing

Pro tip: Plan your visit

Both galleries can be comfortably visited on the same day. Start with the Uffizi and allow at least 3 hours before your Accademia slot. The venues are within walking distance, and entry is only permitted at the exact time selected during checkout; late entry may not be allowed.

Accessibility

Uffizi Gallery

Wheelchair accessible, with ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms available; some routes may be longer or require staff assistance.

From 2 December 2024 to 2 December 2025, lifts in the east wing near the Granducal Staircase are closed; visitors needing lift access can request staff to escort them to the west‑wing Lanzi Staircase lifts.

All visitors must pass a security check before entry; re‑entry is not permitted once you exit either gallery.
