L'Embruixabruixes, known initially as the aerial railway, was the first major ride at Tibidabo. It underwent several renovations, and with multiple technological innovations and light, sound and visual effects, great views of Barcelona can be seen during the ride. Opposite the amusement park, at the summit of Mount Tibidabo, there is a beautiful church, called the Sagrat Cor. built in 1806, it underwent renovations in 1902. The Neo-Gothic church was designed and constructed by the prolific architect Enric Sagnier. A statue dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, it is one of the most popular tourist attraction on the outskirts of Barcelona.
