Gli ospiti devono essere alti almeno 52 pollici (circa 132 centimetri) per salire da soli su The Beam. Se il limite è inferiore a 52 pollici, gli ospiti devono avere un minimo di 42 pollici (~107 cm) ed essere accompagnati da un adulto.

Il limite massimo di peso per accedere a The Beam è di 300 libbre (circa 136 chilogrammi).
