A wonderful experience. The only thing I would recommend is that, before booking the tour, you check with the company to see if the guide will be speaking Spanish or English, because in my case, the group was made up entirely of foreigners, but I didn’t have a problem with that since I also speak English. that said, it was a really fun time hanging out with people from other countries and learning about their cultures and beliefs, and I made a lot of friends. Believe me, the visit to Chichén Itzá was absolutely breathtaking—the guide was super nice, super friendly, and super cheerful, just like the catamaran and the crew. They included a really great snorkeling activity that we did, literally right in the middle of the sea, and it was an experience that I truly hold very close to my heart. I’m so grateful to Headout for this, and I 100% recommend it. I booked it with drop-off; I don’t know how it works with pickup, but from what I understand, the company takes care of everything. You can trust this tour because, honestly, I didn’t have a single bad experience—except that I had to pay for something that was already included, but they immediately refunded it to my account. So they’re super attentive to everything—a perfect 10 out of 10.

*Excellent Experience at Chichén Itzá!* I want to share my experience on the tour to Chichén Itzá with the travel agency, and I can't recommend their service highly enough. From the start, everything was very easy and convenient. The pick-up point was close to where I was staying, with free and secure parking, which gave me great peace of mind. The tour lasted exactly 13 hours, and every moment was used to the fullest. Our guide was incredible, with a wealth of historical information and demonstrations that made the visit to Chichén Itzá unforgettable. Access to the site was very well coordinated, and best of all, as a Mexican, access is free on Sundays. After Chichén Itzá, we visited a beautiful natural cenote, where we were able to enjoy nature and local food (although it was a bit cold). The two hours were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the place. Finally, we visited the town of Valladolid, where we were able to explore a plaza with craft stalls and try some regional sweets and ice cream. What I liked most was the tranquility and comfort of the trip. The value for money is excellent, and I would definitely repeat the experience. *Rating: 9/10* Thanks to the travel agency for an unforgettable experience. I recommend it! 😊

Genuine Maya tour guide educated us on Maya history. He was very knowledgeable with a hint of humour. It was a long journey by coach but 'when in Rome' as they say. Lots of opportunity to purchase souvenirs too.
