What's not allowed

• Keep in mind outside food and drinks (except bottled water), glass containers, illegal, dangerous, or flammable items, wheeled transportation (except wheelchairs), including skateboards, scooters, or roller skates, remote-controlled devices and drones, large suitcases or coolers (over 55x35x25 cm), weapons or weapon-like items, face coverings or masks (except for religious or medical reasons), offensive language or imagery in clothing or items, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography is a no-go inside the venue.

• Guests are not allowed to sell, present goods or services, or distribute printed or recorded materials.

• Guests are prohibited from carrying flags, banners, or signs.

• Playing music or sounds (except with personal headphones) is not allowed as it may disturb the other guests.

• Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited.

• Engaging in unsafe behavior or disrupting the exhibits is strictly prohibited.

• Admission may be refused, or visitors may be expelled without refund or compensation for breaching terms and conditions.

• The exhibition area is one-way. Guests cannot return to previously visited sections.

• Ticket holders under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

• If the venue reaches capacity, entry priority will be determined by the organizer, who may issue number plates to minimize wait times.
