Getting started

Begin your visit by presenting your entry ticket at the Glenwood Gondola base. Ride the gondola to the mountaintop, taking in views of Glenwood Springs and the surrounding peaks as you ascend. Once at the summit, you’ll be able to access all included attractions, events, and activities throughout the park at your own pace.

Gondola ride to the mountaintop: Board the Glenwood Gondola for a scenic ascent, offering panoramic views of the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers as you travel to the park entrance.

Choice of cave tours included: Join a guided tour of either the Fairy Cave or Kings Row Cave, both recognized as National Natural Landmarks, and explore intricate limestone formations beneath the mountain.

Access to all thrill rides: Experience rides such as the Alpine Coaster, Defiance, Giant Canyon Swing, Cliffhanger Roller Coaster, Canyon Flyer, and Crystal Tower, all located at the summit.

Access to all family attractions: Enjoy interactive zones like Laser Tag, the 4D Motion Theater, Wild West Express, Giddy Up, and Mine Wheel, suitable for visitors of all ages.

What's not allowed

There is no alternate means of transportation to the park besides the gondola; if the gondola is closed due to weather, access to the park is not possible.

Ride height requirements apply for all attractions; please check specific requirements before visiting to ensure eligibility for children and adults.

Additional information

Reservations are not required; you can purchase tickets online and present your barcode or printed ticket at admissions.

Children ages 0 to 2 enter free and may ride attractions if they meet the height requirements.

Tickets are valid for re-admittance on the day of use, but the ticket window closes 30 minutes before park closing.

Weather in the Rocky Mountains can change quickly, and the gondola may close temporarily for storms; there is no alternate transportation to the park during these closures.

Please check the ride status before your visit, as some rides may be closed due to weather conditions.

Extra ride tickets or upgrades are available for purchase only in the General Store.

Meals and drinks are not included but are available for purchase at the bar and grill or concession stand within the park.
