Everything was great from start to finish, our guide, captain and even the driver for our hotel transfer were all very good. We paid for a group trip but the boat ride felt almost private and very comfortable!

Friendly staff. The stop at Orange Bay didn't last 3 hours. We didn't get masks and snorkels for snorkeling at Magawish, and we had to wait an extra 30 minutes at Magawish because they must have forgotten about us.

So, I took my mum on the speedboat trip to Orange Bay & Magawish, and honestly, it was such a BLAST. The captain (Ahmed?) was super chill and even let us sit up front when the sea got a bit wobbly. We got to Orange Bay first—wow, the water is TURQUOISE like you wouldn’t believe. We did get a bit rushed with the snorkelling stop, but I still saw a bunch of stripy fish. Magawish is quieter, loved that. Bring snacks, as the food they give you is just a couple of biscuits and a juice box (no biggie, just saying). There’s a photographer who will follow you EVERYWHERE, so def be ready to say no thanks (unless you want 100 pics of urself in a lifejacket, lol). Overall 10/10 day, would go again.

The bus never showed up. The promised email with pickup details never arrived. The excursion simply never happened. When we called, the woman on the phone was hostile, rude and thoroughly unprofessional. She made a desperate attempt to shift the blame onto us. Blaming customers for not following instructions you never sent is ridiculous. This review is here to warn other customers about how this company operates. You accept a booking, fail to provide the promised pickup information, fail to deliver the excursion, and then get aggressive when questioned. As far as I’m concerned, this was a scam. Avoid this company. They have given me absolutely no reason to trust them.

Look for a white or black bus with the GoShalabi logo at your hotel's main entrance by the road, not at the reception. Be ready on time, as the bus will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes.

The pickup window is ±60 minutes for Hurghada hotels and ±90 minutes for extended areas.

No cancellations are allowed after 6pm the day before your tour.

Snorkeling is included only on Magawish Island, not on Orange Bay.
