Zoomarine is a fantastic day out for all the family. The facilities, activities and rides are top class, staff are lovely, friendly, obliging and helpful. Our children participated in Dolphin emotions which was an amazing life experience for them and I would highly recommend it. Nothing to fault,everything to praise 😃. This was not our first visit and it will not be our last.

Unforgettable!!!! Highly recommended. I went with my two teenagers and we all enjoyed it very much. It is a lifelong memory that we will never forget because both the dolphins and the trainers are lovely, and you can tell they really enjoy their work.

Everything was top notch - from the staff that greeted us to the person we rented the sun chairs from. The dolphin experience was fantastic and the dolphin show very entertaining. One of the best experiences for both children and adults. Highly recommend it!

Getting started

Arrive at the Dolphin Emotions reservation stand 45 minutes before your session. Complete check-in, confirm participation rules, and change into the aquatic equipment provided by Zoomarine. Bring your swimsuit to wear underneath and your own flip-flops or sandals.

What to expect

Your experience begins with an educational session on bottlenose dolphins, covering their biology, ecology, and role as ambassadors for ocean conservation.

Features

Educational session: Learn about bottlenose dolphins before entering the water, so the interaction feels more meaningful and informed.

Trainer-led water time: Enter the lagoon under trainer supervision for your selected dolphin interaction, with an educator present to answer questions.

Park entry included: Your participant ticket also includes entry to Zoomarine theme park, so you can explore the park before or after your session.

Keepsakes included: All options include a participation certificate and photo record, while Premium and Exclusive also include a digital video.

Upgrades

Encounter: A 60-min experience with around 20 mins in shallow water. Best if you want a gentler, shorter dolphin interaction.

Premium: A 90-min experience with around 35 mins in the water and a sequence of aquatic behaviours. Best if you want more active time with the dolphins.

Exclusive: A private 90-min session for two participants, with around 35 mins in the water. Best if you want a more personal experience.

What to bring

Valid ID: Bring a valid ID or passport to confirm the participant’s age at check-in.

Swimwear: Wear your swimsuit under the aquatic equipment provided by Zoomarine.

Footwear: Bring your own flip-flops or sandals for use before and after the session.

What’s not allowed

Substance use: Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot participate.

Loose items: Remove earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, glasses, hard contact lenses, hair accessories, cameras, and other loose objects before entering the water.

Make-up and hygiene: Make-up must be removed before the session. You must shower with the wetsuit on before entering the water.

Accessibility

Participation requirements: This experience is not suitable for guests whose physical or mental condition may limit their ability to understand instructions or perform the aquatic activities safely.

Pregnancy restriction: Pregnant guests cannot participate in the Dolphin Emotions experience.

Health conditions: Guests with hydrophobia, skin disorders, or conditions that may affect safety cannot participate.

Swimming ability: Premium and Exclusive participants must know how to swim and be in good physical shape.

Additional information

Check-in time: Arrive at the Dolphin Emotions reservation stand 45 minutes before your session. Late arrivals are non-refundable.

Ticket requirement: Each participant must purchase a ticket specifically for their selected Dolphin Emotions experience.

Spectator access: Spectators can watch from an area next to the lagoon but cannot access the dolphins.

Child policy: Children under 1 meter in height may attend for free as spectators when accompanying a participant. Participants aged 6–7 must be accompanied by a participant aged 16 or older.

Photo usage: Zoomarine may use images captured during the session exclusively for the photo or video package provided to participants.
