To be honest, we never expected to be so deeply impressed. teamLab Phenomena is far more than just a museum or an interactive exhibition—it’s a complete reset for your mind and soul. The most amazing part is that nothing really prepares you for what you’re about to experience. The less you know before your visit, the better. Every room surprises you in a completely different way, encouraging you to slow down, disconnect from the outside world, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. You don’t simply observe the artwork—you become part of it. The combination of light, sound, movement, and space creates something truly unique that photos and videos simply cannot capture. A special mention goes to the staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help, making the experience feel even more welcoming and seamless. This is one of those rare places you’ll want to experience again. It’s equally fascinating for adults and children, with everyone discovering something different while leaving equally inspired. We’ve visited many museums and immersive attractions around the world, but teamLab Phenomena stands in a league of its own. If you’re visiting Abu Dhabi, don’t miss it. Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays. Alternatively, guests can register via the Yas Island App or visit Guest Services with a passport or Emirates ID. A tutorial video is available here.
