I had the opportunity to visit the park for a few days and it was so rewarding to be able to experience it. I was very happy with everything I saw; the live shows are a true spectacle.

When it started raining there where fixed umbrellas on the park that the employees didn't want to open for the people to wait until it stopped raining. Not very friendly people around

Desde que entré en adelante es un mundo mágico e increíble , el restaurante de Mario excelente comida Italiana de las mejores buena atención y lo mejor en todo el parque había personal que hablaba español e inglés por lo cual podíamos movernos bien y hacer consultas con respuestas claras . Lo amé ♥️

Well it starts with the typical Florida heat and humidity. What a stinker of a day. Then there was very little shade within the Theme Park to shelter from the heat. However my girls loved the rides and attractions. Some rides had a 60 minute wait and 1 in Mario land the time was seen at 240 minute wait . Lots of food and beverage places whi h is good in high temperatures/ humidity regions.

Nos encantó el parque Epic de Universal !!!!! Viajamos con mi hijo Paul de 16 años recién cumplidos como solo este parque nos faltaba conocer. Harry Potter y su recreación de Paris es una obra maestra , Felicitaciones Universal !!!!! Adoramos la isla de los vikingos y su gente 1000 puntos !! Nos transformamos en Mario y Luigi en segundos para recorrer ese mundo de fantasía infantil y golpear todas las piedras para aumentar nuestro score !!! Finalmente almorzamos muertos de miedo y de risa en el castillo de la muerte !!!! Muchas gracias Universal y Headout por cumplirnos el mejor día de nuestras vidas !!!!! Getting started

Arrive at the main entrance of Epic Universe and present your dated ticket for a biometric scan and entry. After a quick security check, you’re free to explore the park at your own pace.

What to expect

Epic Universe is Universal Orlando’s latest theme park, packed with cutting-edge rides, themed worlds, and experiences powered by fan-favorite franchises.

Features

Race through Super Nintendo World™ on the Mario Kart ride or explore Peach’s Castle and Donkey Kong Country.

Enter the Ministry of Magic™ and uncover secrets from the Wizarding World’s European branch.

Encounter legendary monsters in the eerie Dark Universe or catch a live stunt show.

Fly with dragons in the Isle of Berk and meet Hiccup, Toothless, and more.

Stroll through Celestial Park’s gardens, fountains, and futuristic attractions.

What to bring

A valid ID proof.

What's not allowed

Transfer and refund of tickets.

Pets are not allowed.

Accessibility

The park is accessible by wheelchair and other mobility devices.

Service animals are allowed.

Additional information

The ticket will be sent out within 2 hours of booking.

It is only valid for the date selected and printed on the ticket.

Entry is free for children 2 years and younger.

Height restrictions apply for rides, as mentioned at the park entrance.

Guests under 14 are recommended to have a supervising companion (14 and above) who also meets the specific ride's height restrictions.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
