eveyone was helpful with directions for ticket, the museums were amazing. photos are prohibited only at prado, but souvenirs made up for it. you'll need more time for prado so plan ahead, personally sofia was amazing. Will go again as soon as possible💫

Tickets worked with no issues, modern art museum was closed on the Tuesday so we came back at the end of our trip and the pass still worked . All 3 are well worth the visit.

Salio todo como lo previsto. El museo recopila obras del gotico, pinturas modernas y contemporaneas. Lo disfrute mucho. Su recorrido es mas facil que otros museos.

The two temporary exhibits were amazing. We enjoyed both for different reasons. One was giant painting of women referencing masterpieces but with the women's faces covered by hair/cloth/plants and in one painting, mushrooms. It was huge and beautiful and very odd. The second, an incredible exhibit of Spanish painter Carmen Laffon charted her career from early, gauzy paintings of infants to her huge and arresting paintings of landscapes, furniture, and finally salt. Her attention to detail and her vision was so moving. At the end of her career she was essentially painting white (salt). And it was beautiful.

awesome art and museums. i was suprised that prado museum doesn't let you take photos or videos. i've been in numerous museums in france, italy and spain. and the prado museum is the only that does not allow it. besides this, all three have memorable art.

Arrive at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, conveniently located near Plaza Canovas del Castillo. Present your ticket at the main entrance for quick access; audio guides and headphones are available if selected.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, oversized luggage, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not permitted inside the museum.

This experience is accessible by wheelchair.

Prams, wheelchairs, and electric scooters are available for use, free of charge.

For your convenience, guide dogs are welcome to join you.

Children under 18 can enter for free.

Note: Temporary exhibitions have limited capacity. Entry is timed, with visitors admitted every 15 minutes.

Access to the permanent collection is free on Mondays from 12pm to 4pm, and on Saturdays from 9pm to 11pm.

Facilities: Baby feeding room, Wi-Fi, ATM, cloakroom, mobile charging stations, and cafes.

Audio guide available on the Second Canvas Thyssen app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket. Do bring your own headphones.
